What is the difference between commercial cleaning and janitorial service?
They mean nearly the same thing. Janitorial service usually means the routine daily or weekly cleaning of a building, like trash, restrooms and floors. Commercial cleaning is the broader term and also includes deep work such as carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, windows and post construction cleanup. We do both.
How much is office cleaning per hour?
We do not bill commercial clients by the hour. After a free walk-through we quote a flat price per visit or per month based on square footage, how often we clean, the number of restrooms and the floor types. That way your cost is the same every month.
How often should a business be professionally cleaned?
Most offices do well with two to five cleanings a week. Busy buildings like daycares, medical offices and restaurants usually need nightly service. Small offices with few visitors can often get by with once a week. We will recommend a schedule at the walk-through.
Do you clean at night or on weekends?
Yes. Most of our commercial cleaning is done after hours, overnight or on weekends so we never get in the way of your staff or customers. We set up keys or alarm codes during onboarding.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring the vacuums, mops, chemicals and tools. We can also restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap and trash liners, either from your stock or supplied by us and added to your invoice.
How fast can you start?
We usually schedule the walk-through within a few days of your call, deliver the proposal right after and can often start the following week. If you are switching from another cleaner we will line up the start date so there is no gap.
